Pascal and Kari are a husband and wife team who make farm to table chocolate. They began their journey when they purchased an abandoned 7 acres cacao farm, located just south of Puerto Viejo, on the southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica in 2002. They started as Cacao Farmers who entered their cacao in a local chocolate festival in 2012 and won. They've been creating award winning chocolate ever since.
Once harvested, they bring their cacao back to Vancouver Island, Canada. They then process the beans into delicious organic two ingredient chocolate and organic skin care products.
Due to the fact that they do all the harvesting, fermenting and a 100% of the chocolate making process themselves, Pascal and Kari are able to ensure the highest quality Tree to Bar chocolate and avoid added costs, passing the savings on to you.
